Mama Gret histoire Papa Dom vous Conte l’histoire de cette nouvelle Pizza qu’il espère vous régalera.Il y a derrière la pizzéria, un canard casanier qui aimait la douce chaleur de son feu de cheminée ainsi que son potager dont les oignons et framboises faisaient sa fierté.Haut dans le ciel Catalan, une escadrille de canards sauvages migrants vers l’Espagne, survole notre tranquille casanier dont une canne particulièrement gourmande se détache voyant de petits points rose et soyeux, promesse d’un délicieux repas.Elle fût surprise en pleine dégustation de framboises et d’oignons par notre canard au doux parfum fumé qui envouta la gourmande.Il fût lui-même bec bée de sa beauté aux senteurs fraiches de liberté sauvage.De leur amour naquit une couvée de canetons à la douce senteur mélangée de nuages frais, de feu de cheminée, d’oignions et de framboises, qui inspira notre bon Papa Dom, pour cette nouvelle Pizza.Bien à vousPapa DOM Magret fumé, mozzarella, magret frais, roquette, mâche, oignons frits, crème de vinaigre à la framboise 9,40 17,40 21,00

CHEVRETTE histoire Il était une fois en pays catalan une belle chèvre blanche qui faisait la fierté de son troupeau, si belle que tous les boucs de Salanque, de cerdagne, de vallespir ( bref du plus beau pays du monde ) voulaient la séduire . Tous paradaient devant elle le torse bombé, les cornes lustrées et le poil soyeux hélas pour eux sans aucuns résultats. Ce remue ménage faisait bien sourire notre belle mais ils ignoraient son petit secret : la gourmandise ! Et plus particulièrement les courgettes du potager voisin qui donnaient à son lait un goût incomparable , le berger lui avait bien compris son péché mignon et en tirait profit avec la confection d’un fromage tiré de son lait tout simplement succulent. Et c’est à l’occasion d’un repas entre le berger et notre bon Papa Dom que l’idée de cette pizza naquit .
